Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
dirty room uncomfortable bed
The location was good (close to transport and sights).
The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. I found stains on the bedroom table and the bins had not been emptied. the bed was quite uncomfortable. It had an odd bump in the middle (, made it hard to sleep).

friendly staff helpful guidance sumptuous breakfast special feeling
i totally loved this hotel! the staff was so friendly. they provided helpful travel guidance for local sightseeing. breakfasts were sumptuous. we felt very special and i definitely recommend it to family and friends.
the gym had a compact setup.

Balanced experience
prime location large room breakfast floor dark room glass door shower enclosure
The location is prime for exploring. The rooms are large. Breakfast on the 18th floor is a must-do even if one does not stay at the hotel.
The room was very dark making it hard to see. The bathroom opens into the bedroom with glass panel doors. The shower has no enclosure so the water went everywhere.

The minibar was complimentary and included in the room rate.
The receptionist during my arrival seemed indifferent and failed to provide directions to my room. The floors had a sticky residue. I also found dirt under the desk.

clean room big size helpful staff limited minibar small menu restaurant prioritization
the room was very clean. its big size was excellent. the staff was friendly and helpful to me.
The minibar was not well-stocked. It had only water and some juice. the room service menu had few choices. the restaurant seemed to prioritize outside guests over hotel guests, disappointing.
